Key accomplishments:- At various junctures, also led Inventory Management and Tooling Teams, as well as Enterprise Planning Team charged with supporting various Supply Chain IT initiatives, including Maintenix, Service Parts Management (SPM), and Aeroxchange development and implementation.- Configured, implemented, and continued to develop and improve SPM material planning and forecasting system in close coordination with software vendor (PTC).- Configured and deployed Aeroxchange's AeroAOG, AeroBuy, and AeroRepair electronic data interface modules to streamline the flow of information between Southwest Airlines and its Suppliers.- Provided material support to main Southwest Airlines Maintenance Bases and Lines to ensure parts availability rates remained above target service levels, while remaining within annual budgetary limits, and with Unscheduled Aircraft Delays (UAD) due to materials remaining below 10 hours per 1000 flights.- Provided material support to strategic projects, including preparation of new 737-800 and -8(MAX) deliveries for revenue service; transition of over 80 - 737-700 aircraft previously owned by other operators to Southwest Airlines configuration; planning initial spares levels and parts distribution as launch customer for 737-8 (MAX) in preparation for Entry Into Service; retirement of 737-300/500 aircraft; and planning and fielding of various WiFi and Scimitar Winglet systems.
