With over 20 years of experience in fair housing and civil rights, I am a subject matter expert and a servant leader for fair housing and equity. I have extensive knowledge of federal laws and regulations related to housing discrimination and accessibility, such as Title VI, Title VIII, Section 109, Section 504, and Title II of the ADA.As a Fair Housing Expert at The Cloudburst Group, I provide technical assistance and training to state and local agencies, grantees, and stakeholders on fair housing compliance and best practices. Previously, as a Supervisory Equal Opportunity Specialist at HUD, I managed millions of dollars in federal funds to effectively enforce the Fair Housing Act and resolved hundreds of complaints involving complex and sensitive issues.
