This global initiative was FICO’s most ambitious and complex project to date and the first entrant of FICO’s cloud-first platform strategy.I managed the end-to-end user experience and drove the UX strategy integrating with multiple teams and frameworks on a global scale.Created a new product offering, Falcon Intelligence Network Insights. FINI is a cloud-based product with the industry’s first benchmark reporting capabilities. It uses global data from 9,000+ financial institutions to effortlessly identify new trends and emerging patterns.Enhanced performance reporting tools and drove the design of Falcon’s new Executive Dashboard. This dashboard provided new KPIs focused on the value (fraud losses prevented) derived from the Falcon platform.Delivered a POC based on potential client requirements that resulted in a new business partnership and a $12 million dollar deal.Managed our Cyber Threat products, FICO Enterprise Security Suite which created a new product offering and domain to FICO’s portfolio.Designed an MVP for Consumer Fraud Control which allowed banks to configure customers’ credit card spending patterns in real-time with customers on the phone.Managed, mentored , and onboarded designers for the fraud and compliance suite of products.
