Recruited to restructure team of four Project Coordinators supporting the Planned Services Division. Within eight months, I grew this to a team of 24 Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Project Assistants, supporting 60+ projects across three divisions (Planned Financial/Retail Services, Electronic Security, Install).Established project management best-practices and processes resulting in $200K+ revenue increase per month with avg. two-point increase in gross margin. Most importantly, this is now a high-functioning, collaborative team widely recognized for its success and skills throughout the company.

As Solution Architect, I worked directly with the client and Sales to build the best ATM services solution (hardware/software maintenance, managed services) by understanding the client’s business model and commitments to their own customers, while ensuring operational capability to perform successfully, and driving optimal profit margin. Assessment of cost to deliver, strong negotiation of contracts, pricing, and service level agreements. In 2021, I successfully negotiated and executed >$500M in total services contracts for clients including JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and PNC Bank.

After being promoted to Project Manager in 2008, I managed point-of-sale (POS) installation projects for Retail Services clients for a year and was then requested to join the Financial Services team to manage ATM installations for the JPMorgan Chase account. This allowed me to acquire the skills necessary to succeed as a team with a major account, and subsequently how to manage smaller accounts as the lead Project Manager. Eventually, I was requested to be the Program Manager for the Wells Fargo account, managing an internal team of 15 Project Managers and Implementation Coordinators, and multiple simultaneous projects, supporting >$10M annual services revenue.

Within 14 months of hire at NCR, I was promoted to Implementation Coordinator. In this role, I assisted the Project Manager with overall project administration. This included scheduling of install activity/hardware deliveries, installation process documentation, internal/external communications, and movement of hardware from warehouse to client location. I also managed warehouse/delivery/inventory tasks for the third-party rigging vendor, completed on-site quality assessments of their deliveries and inventory process, and implemented a formal hardware staging process at their facility.As part of a special project assignment, I assisted with the internal software development and testing of a custom, project tracking and productivity tool and traveled regionally to train Implementation Coordinators and Operations Managers on its use.

Initially, as the Technical Support Specialist, I provided administrative support to Sales, and managed facility operations. Eventually, this grew to also assisting the Implementation Coordinator and Project Manager with retail point-of-sale installation projects as well. I created an inventory tracking process and assisted with project scheduling and hardware deliveries.During NCR's facility reduction initiative, I completed a 50% reduction in office space, including disposal and destruction of furniture, files, and supplies.
