Manage the front desk, security and customer service of the branch. State Department (1997-1999)-preformed classroom training on the transition to photo digitalization passports at passport agencies and developed technical training manuals and coursework to support classes and document new system procedures. FAA (1999-2004) - Training: Conducted classroom training for FAA users on Oracle’s procurement application and Compusearch’s virtual procurement office, PRISM, instructing requisitioners and contracting specialists in classes of 10-20 people. Organize training class content in a concise logical workflow. - System Analysis: Supplied analysis of FAA’s contracts and acquisition initiatives for end-to end workflow routing of procurements. Also provided users with alternative possibilities for data retrieval and manipulation through in-house developed solutions. Supported users using technical expertise and one-on-one training for final resolution of backlog and errors. Provided organization and maintenance of procurement application related bugs, fixes, patches and scripts. Develop and organize the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) for FAA users and system administrators to access on-line.-Quality Assurance: I implemented test plans for in-house engineered Oracle reports. I ensured a successful PRISM implementation by providing integration support and testing of legacy Oracle data integration with new PRISM system. Perform software assessment/data collection in support of FAA’s Oracle procurement software and developed Microsoft Access databases and Excel spreadsheets for data collection. -Contract Management Support: Supported contract specialists with PRISM contract organization on a variety of acquisition vehicles establishing contracts and delivery/task orders, purchase orders and blanket purchase agreements according to contract specialists’ specifications. Resolving functionality issues including accounting, document access, approval process, modifications, obligations and de-obligations.
