Our mission is to enrich the lives of children and adults with disabilities through high-quality programs of equine-assisted activities and therapies, including therapeutic horseback riding, Physical and Occupational Therapy, horsemanship, and related activities that enhance life skills.My stewardship during an unprecedented time continued extremely beneficial programs for our vulnerable community. Through creativity, agility, and financial acumen, I pivoted to new revenue channels and produced financial increases straight to our equine care and health, keeping all our children and adult programs running, and all personnel employed. I provide meaningful, sustainable value to my organizations and value relationships in all aspects of my leadership.Recent highlights:• Achieved a 97.6% rating for “overall experience” from parents, volunteers, and staff• New corporate leadership training program – 300% revenue increase within one year• Provided a safe place for participants, volunteers, & staff to be themselves and build confidence• Produced new programs/events for revenue & exposure becoming 40% of revenue• Designed, wrote, and produced regular email newsletters with 60%+ open rate• Initiated & produced formation of off-season revenue generating partnership for SF attractions• Developed strategic relationships at all levels; increased an individual donor commitment by 117%• Managed five programs, 65+ clients per week, 200 volunteers and staff

Xenophon is an Amazing program! We offer life-changing experiences for children with a wide range of disabilities by providing therapeutic equine activities in a safe and secure environment. The horses not only provide a way to strengthen their core muscles, but empower the children to be in control when the rest of their day may be spent in a wheelchair or braces. I am fortunate to have met so many positive individuals who make my Mondays special and put my week into perspective.
