I am the founder of Reggaebaby Lounge a music development platform, showcasing and profiling artists from the West Midlands UK. Developing links with media, radio stations and local business.

A Community Charity, using music as a tool to engage with hard to reach and deprived communities.I was responsible for managing the office and finance systems and procedures appropriate to the organisation To undertake administrative tasks in conjunction with the Chief Executive, including assisting in the preparation of annual and project budgets, as well as sometimes enhanced strategic responsibilities as member of senior management team. Direct line management of office and finance support staff.
