About Jean-Philippe Ursule

After completing a PhD in sedimentology in a gold mine in Bolivia, I worked for a decade in an oil company in Argentina. During my last years with this company, I discovered Python and the importance of data to improve the performance of my projects. Since my return to France, I have decided to continue in the field of Data by training myself in various areas such as Data Science and Data Engineering.After two training projects that allowed me to acquire the basics of programming with Python and the use of both relational and non-relational databases, I am currently finishing a data engineering training with DataScientest, where I am honing my skills in data manipulation before processing them in a Data Science project.So far, I have gained knowledge in the following specialties:Programming: Python, SQLData visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn, PlotlyMachine Learning: classification, regression, clusteringBig Data: PysparkDatabase: SQL, NoSQLSoftware: GitMy email: jeanphilippe.ursule@gmail.com
