Business Analyst Lead on the VETSNET Team. • Managed five Business Analysts that worked on the VETSNET suite of 9 applications. Business Analysts were responsible for working with the application sponsors to gather, document, and obtain approval for system requirements as well as resolve any ongoing questions from the development team or business sponsors.• Led effort to organize and improve the Business Test Scenarios for use in Application Integration Testing.• Analyzed and documented the Benefits Gateway System (BGS) Web Services using SoapUI.Senior Business Analyst on the VETSNET Caregiver Team. • Liaison between business users and development team.
