As a Product Manager at Lucky Cart, I define the strategy for industrializing our internal processes through a dedicated back office. I lead a team of 9, including designers, QA, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and both back-end and front-end developers. My mission is to oversee delivery while providing strategic direction for the product's future development.

As a Product Builder, I was responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. I took charge of the roadmap and related projects, with the autonomy to define OKRs and monitor post-launch data to assess the success of each initiative.In this role, I embraced the combined responsibilities of Product Manager, Designer, and Developer, which allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of our product. To ensure project success, I employed the double diamond methodology during the discovery and solution-selection phases, used Figma for design, and utilized JetLang and other low-code tools for technical implementation.Here are two examples of projects I led as a Product Builder (PB):Integration Management with our HRIS partner, Lucca:This project included several phases: defining user needs, analyzing the Lucca API, data mapping, and developing the PayFit API. This experience enhanced my project management and communication skills by involving various stakeholders—internal and external, technical and business-oriented, clients and partners.Feature Development for Managing Former Employee Payroll:Following PayFit’s structured project methodology, I conducted user needs analysis, created user journeys, identified pain points, conducted user interviews, and performed quantitative and qualitative analyses. I defined OKRs, prioritized issues, selected technical solutions, crafted user stories and mockups, set the roadmap, built the MVP, led development and QA, and monitored results via Looker or Amplitude.This journey has provided me with a strong foundation in product management and has further developed my technical and strategic skills.
