- Functional Expert for SAP WM at BASF South America;- Responsible for conducting South America WM Business Experts Community;- Responsible for implementation, improvements and maintenance of Radio Frequency (RF) devices in logistics operations;- Responsible for a project named as Dysfunctional, which aims to create an app to assure a structured and transparent flow for disposal of out of specification materials;- Responsible for creating apps using power apps to support logistics operations;Main role: Super Key User for SAP EWM implementation at BASF Guaratinguetá (the largest chemical complex in South America). System went live on May 2023. In this project we have changed the way in which 11 productive plants and 22 logistics warehouses receive, deliver an control their goods. In this project, the main tasks assigned to me were:- Understand Logistics operations and create structured processes flows;- Be the connection between consulting/DevOps teams and operational teams (logistics, production and support areas: OTC, PTP, PP, TM, QM);- Assure data collection of resources and warehouses: Qty of Warehouses and Warehouse Types, Warehouse Zones, Bins, Queues, Finished Goods/Raw/Packaging materials Packing Instructions (data necessary for HU creation), Storage Strategy, etc;- Create workshops and materials for personnel training;- Act as leader of key users to assure tasks completion and project success;- Work in the site needs after go live: support end users and system improvements;

- Responsible for managing technical materials for Argentina (BASF Tortuguitas and Gral Lagos), Chile (BASF Concón) and Peru (BASF Callao);- Representative of technical materials in the global project for migration of Solvay into BASF named as Verona. Besides acting as key user for SAP, I was responsible for training personnel and implementing all technical materials processes.- Responsible for implementing a process named as Refurbishment in the technical warehouses of BASF in South America, allowing refurbished items to be inserted in stock. The project allows BASF to reduce its costs of purchasing new technical materials, as refurbished items are used instead of new items to attend plants demands. It also assures process transparency and helps to improve plant availability.- Responsible for implementing a process named as Reunion in the technical warehouses of BASF in South America, allowing the return to stock of unused items available in the plants, what assures visibility, better management and avoids unnecessary purchases for these items. - Responsible for creating digital processes to simplify daily activities of operations using SAP Script, VBA and Microsoft Power Automate and Forms. It can be highlighted an automated flow created for site logistics operations report its use of headcount and extra hours, supporting SLO managers in the process of decision-making. - Member of the 1st editors’ group for Top News, the newsletter of Supply Chain and Site Logistics Operations.- Representative of technical materials as key user in the global NGBA project for migration of SAP Cobalt R/3 into SAP S/4 HANA;- Responsible for creating and reviewing technical materials documentation, such as work instructions and guidelines.- Responsible for improving SAP transactions for controlling technical materials processes.

Responsible for managing technical materials to BASF Camaçari, the BASF site which has the highest stock value in South America through:- Analysis and release of Purchase Requisitions;- Creation and control of Cyclical Inventories;- Meeting urgent maintenance and production demands; - Materials transference among its sites so as to ensure faster satisfaction of internal business partners demands and better use of BASF’s resources;- Member of Technical Material Master Data in South America.During absence of other stock analysts, management of technical materials stock in the following BASF sites:- Brazil – Guaratinguetá and Demarchi (São Bernardo do Campo-SP);- Argentina – General Lagos and Tortuguitas;- Peru – Callao;- Chile – Concón;Most Relevant Duties:- Green Belt of a Lean Six Sigma Project named Stock Shortage Reduction, which took place in BASF Guaratinguetá between 2018 and 2019 and aimed to reduce shortage of technical materials so as to avoid urgencies, emergencies and plant shutdowns due to lack of materials. A multidisciplinary team comprising technical materials warehouse, procurement and maintenance employees has been created. At the end of the project, process times were measured; suppliers lead time and stock level parameters were updated and a Power BI dashboard was designed in order to control process automation and stock shortage levels, which has been decreased in 50%.- Member of an improvement project named MOCI, which took place between 2017 and 2018 and aimed to lower the value of Technical Materials Stock at BASF, Camaçari. In this project, my role was to make the entire process of overstock materials transference to others BASF sites and to analyze every purchase requisition, assuring that only factual necessities generated new purchases.

Support in the remote management of BASF technical materials at BASF Demarchi (São Bernardo do Campo-SP), BASF Vila Prudente (São Paulo-SP) and BASF Jacareí (Jacareí-SP) by means of:- Analysis and release of Purchase Requisitions;- Creation and control of Cyclical Inventories;- Meeting urgent maintenance and production demands from these 3 sites;- Materials transference among its sites in order to ensure compliance with demands and better use of its resources;- Member of Technical Material Master Data in South America;Most Relevant Duties:- Team member of a Lean Six Sigma project for engineering materials control which took place in BASF Guaratinguetá between 2017 and 2018. This project involved Logistics and Engineering teams and handover the management of project materials from the Engineering staff to the logistics personnel. The whole inventory available for project use was measured; leftovers and materials for ongoing projects segregated; unused items were sold as scrap; a suitable warehouse to store the remaining items was prepared and SAP was set to control receipts, deliveries and inventory of these materials. In this project, my role was to collect data for team assessment, prepare materials for use in team meetings, sell scraps, support the Green Belt to customize SAP and control the inventory after project end.

Responsible for planning and controlling corrective and preventive maintenance with the aim of keeping factory facilities in safe conditions;- Putting forward proposals and technical information in order for the procurement team to purchase spare parts and tools for maintenance use;- Hiring external services as needed; - Supervision of tasks performed by employees and service providers so as to ensure access to necessary tools and safe conditions towards activities execution.Most Relevant Duties: - Development and execution of a maintenance plan for a continuous line of thermo-acoustic panels, assuring spare parts and hydraulic oil changes according to the periodicity recommended by the machine manufacturer. - Design of a warehouse to store technical goods, spare parts and equipment for personal protection. In this project, I received support from a stockman and we sought and collected every technical material available in the factory together so as to take them to a proper storage place. Shelves available in the factory have been used so as to create an organized warehouse in which each material was inspected and had its data collected. Only materials in good conditions were stored. Then, they were codified and specified for procurement purposes. Supported by an IT Team, a warehouse module of the factory’s ERP system has been created so as to control material receipts and deliveries. At the end of the project, more than 3k materials worth over R$ 250k were made available to our internal business partners use in the technical warehouse.

- Responsible for inbounds, deliveries and replenishment of raw and packaging materials stock; - Development of new suppliers of raw and packaging materials; - KPIs control;- Improvement suggestions based on KPI data;

- Assistance in KPIs updates; - Control of maintenance orders by taking them from field technicians and uploading their data onto the ERP system; - Responsible for drawings of spare parts; - Responsible for collecting suppliers’ proposals for E&I, piping and mechanical materials.
