Sports are not something I just practice and participate in, I live by them! From the age of 4 and until now I have not had more than a few days off from training. Sports are my passion and I thrive with determination to be the best I can be. With that being said, I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Sport Management degree with a minor in business, while also a student athlete on the Track & Field Team. While juggling school and training I was a Bootcamp instructor at Innovative Fitness and aspiring to become a personal trainer. Helping, encouraging, and motivating individuals to meet and surpass their goals is my passion. I was the President of Athletes in Action (AIA) at Texas A&M, which is a Christian organization to help athletes grow in their faith to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Summer of 2013 I traveled with a team to Togo, Africa to coach athletes Track & Field, while also sharing the gospel. This mission was a huge growing stage of my life, being able to see how fortunate we are in America, but how easily I can make a difference. My goal is to bring what I have learned from AIA and combine my passion of personal training together, to be able to help all individuals from all walks of life.
