Developing Swimming across the two contract sites of The Hurst Pool and Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex, I manage a team of over 30 swimming teachers to deliver quality swimming lessons within our two Swimming Academy's. With over 3.500 member across the two sites we have one of the best programmes available, offering a safe and fun environment to learn to swim under the ASA criteria. Following on from the 2012 Olympic Legacy I have introduced different swimming initiatives including Synchronised Swimming, Waterpolo and Rookie Lifeguard.

Line manager for the Digital Security admin staff, Jeanette manages the Digital Security Office, including desk allocation, equipment, facilities and ensuring that the whole of the Digital Security leadership team’s administrative needs are met. She works closely with the facilities management team to assist with the general running of IT&S office. She is also authoriser of all invoices and purchase orders, with signing authority for approved contracts up to of £500K within the DS team. She carries out or supervises, general administration, including compiling and submitting monthly expenses for VP and processes incoming mail. She maintains filing systems for information on meetings, projects, presentations, written papers and contracts. On request she runs ad hoc projects such as office moves and supports the events of other teams.Jeanette manages the calendar of the VP Digital Security, anticipating requirements and ensuring he is fully briefed and prepared for every meeting, this also includes managing requests and finding appropriate delegates in his absence. She organises all aspects of overseas travel, speaker engagements, government commitments, and all other external commitments. She coordinates and organises conferences and meetings including venue selection, negotiating rates, defining IT support requirements, devising communications, managing the logistics of the agenda, managing speakers and management of on site support. . Jeanette has built and maintained excellent relationships with key internal and external contacts in hotels, travel, team-building, personal development, awareness and communication.
