• Perform multiple functions at a full service, event management start-up servicing television stations across the country with a focus on high-end community events, featuring keynote speakers such as local news anchors.
• Responsible for executing all operational elements, such as venue & entertainment management; on-site event set-up and breakdown; securing event insurance; sound equipment sourcing & technical setup; food & beverage.

• Liaison between television station partners and the venue to streamline communication and ensure the timely execution of critical promotional & operational elements.

• Planned the monthly Interdepartmental Meeting as the communication liaison between my supervisor and other departmental heads.
• Managed and maintained up to date contact information of public officials, and past and present press releases.
• Transcribed relevant notes regarding the DOE at City Hall State Meetings and hearings and distributed them across several departments.

• Provided support through filing, data entry, collecting and sorting mail, as well as various other organizational duties around the office.
• Lead the office’s sustainability efforts by digitizing all of its physical documents.

• Created an interactive and user-friendly website for Cornell Cooperative Extension that would aid young students in their learning.
• Performed competitive research on other 4-H clubs around the country and submitted a report with suggestions that would improve the information provided on New York City’s 4-H club website.
• Planned starting a 2-day program to bring 4-H youth to Cornell to participate in the Cornell Outdoor Education Program that included food and housing.
• Created a database of 4-H alumni, and New York City community centers that could serve as possible venues for future programming.
