My responsibility's in this role was to outbound call customers who had fallen behind on their mortgage payments, find out the reason why, obtain payment or get them into a payment plan after going through their income and expenditure. I also took incoming calls. It was important to listen to the customer to have an understanding of their financial issues and to inform them of the legalities of their mortgage repayments.

At Chapel Spa I worked as a complimentary therapist performing treatment to a very high standard. These treatments included various disciplines of massage, reflexology as well as some beauty treatments. I also worked front of house - meeting and greeting clients and showing them around the Spa. Answering the phone and making appointments, creating staff rotas, cashing up, product sales, ensuring the Spa was always clean and tidy and clients had everything that they needed.
