Out of the Box Healthcare, LLC is a company I have created to share all my forty years experience with others. I have seen the good, the bad and the down right ugly in all avenues of healthcare. I truly believe I have had those experiences so I could tell you about them, let you know they do occur and help you see how to create something better for yourself. I did not have a mentor at all in life and cause and effect were the means I ventured into life. I call it ‘wading in the swamps’; you need something, you try to get it but no one told you there were snakes in that grass, you got bit and tried to swim to shore, but, yep, they were there to tell you the shore had fire ants on it, so you tried something else and groveled to safety, safety you said? No, it was another false sense of safety. So, what does all this mean? You don’t feel well, you find a doctor in the phone book, you go there, the staff is rigid and not helpful, the doctor gives you three minutes to ‘speak your peace’ and then you are ‘told what to do’ without question or alternatives, you then accept their plan by paying at the gate and only then are you let out with the key to ‘fix you.’ You are sent out on your own to follow the prescription ticket you were given, but does it work? Out of the Box Healthcare is for patients and providers to find meaning in their life and support in working their way through the healthcare paradigm. Providers do lose their vision and feel beaten down to do what the government wants them to do, but there is a heart still beating inside them and I work to bring their vision back. Patients have a ton of baggage from past healthcare experiences, and I work to show them how much of it can be dropped and how to design a path to healing for them individually.
