Patient Support Coordinator
Current- Deliver professional and positive communication and interaction with Sanguine and its study participants.
- Serve as point of contacts for patients throughout their participation journey from onboarding to post study communication.
- Initiate outbound patient phone calls to schedule appointments, confirm visit times, and reschedule visits as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Patient Operations, Field Operations, and Clinical Operations to share study updates and progress.
- Utilize logistics dispatch software to assign appointments to mobile health staff, and ensure appropriate documentation and information is notated.
- Understand all study parameters and scheduling restrictions, and accordingly schedule field visits in a timely manner.
