• Responsible for customer relations from the lead through contracting phases for Environmental Science and Conference Programs at NatureBridge’s Golden Gate Campus. • Collaborates with the NatureBridge Sales and Marketing Team including Sales Managers in other regions and marketing staff to achieve campus-specific sales targets and to meet the NatureBridge-wide sales goal. • Maximizes capacity of the Environmental Science calendar during the annual re-reservation process for returning schools.• Strategically supports customer's needs to ensure a high retention of participating schools. • Recommends annual price adjustments and revenue targets to the National Director of Sales and Marketing.• Generates monthly revenue reports, including actual sales and projected sales and develop program revenue projections as part of the budget process. • Collaborates with Conference Team to ensure quality customer service and clear handoff of program information after sale is complete.• Represents NatureBridge at conferences and events. • Supervises Golden Gate Outreach and Enrollment staff.• Ensures accurate data management in Salesforce system.

Sales Manager for the Hilton San Diego Sales Complex serves as the hotel representative for three Hilton family properties: The Hilton San Diego Bayfront, the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines and the Doubletree by Hilton San Diego Mission Valley. Provides prompt, courteous and efficient "delivery" to satisfy the customer's service needs and to maximize the hotel’s profits. Our office is based at the Hilton San Diego Sales Complex in Mission Valley.Groups sales for 10-100 rooms on peak. Experience with an emphasis on Pharmaceutical Companies, International Tour Groups and Educational Organizations.
