All aspects of running a busy childrens clothing store including but not limited to; opening/closing, merchandising according to company standards, processing daily shipment, interviewing potential candidates for employment, creating weekly employee schedule, creating a fun, positive environment for both customers and employees, overseeing setup and execution of yearly inventory.
