-Buyer in Global Business Services (Internal Unit of DHL), for the 3 divisions in Mexico. For office & network supplies I had several internal clients. Serving Supply Chain (90 operations at that moment), DHL Express (1 Warehouse, 250 shops, 1 HUB), DHL GlobalForwarding. Tenders and purchases nationwide.-In Network Supplies I purchased everything required for the operation such as shawl, polyolefin, cardboard, labels, bags, for OfficeSupplies the purchase of stationery, furniture, cafeteria, footwear, uniforms etc.-There was no planner position at that time, so I performed the planning and purchasing position with the project managementmethodology. I reported directly to the division's board of directors and to the CEO directly every 2 months.Main achievements, projects and implementations• Savings for more of 37.8 million pesos (Procurement Notes) combined with cost reduction savings, avoid increase due to inflation andsupplier optimization.• Increase in productivity levels of 32% derived from continuous improvements, efficient purchasing and standardization.• On DHL Express, inventory reduction by 52% with JIT methodology and optimization through collaboration and reduction of non-productive. The savings were about 35 million pesos in books and physically in store.
