This role is a shared resource between Human Resources and Payroll to support the day-to-day activities of both departments.In HR, my primary responsibilities are to perform administrative functions of day-to-day HR tasks, such as maintaining personnel records, recruitment activities, on-boarding new employees, updating various reports and trackers, and preparing and editing internal policies and other documents.In Payroll, my primary responsibility is to perform all duties associated with payroll for the bi-weekly payroll processing using the electronic time-keeping application, plus other supportive functions.

In this role I reviewed any requests for warranty and submitted all warranty claims to several different vendors. I was also required to take photographs of warrantable defects and prepare power point presentations to submit for warranty. In addition to my role as warranty coordinator, I also performed several shipping and receiving duties, and inventory management.

In this role I managed the distribution and progress of work in the automotive service shop. I was also responsible for reviewing and submitting all warranty claims in a timely manner to ensure payment from Ford Motor Company. I was promoted to this position from the role of Service Advisor in June 2019, which included front end customer service from start to finish, sales, and a working knowledge of the automotive industry.

In this role I ensured positive front end customer communications, coordinated with separate inner-business departments to manage client accounts, and provided enthusiastic support for clients and fellow employees.
