This included ventilation systems and water and energy reduction. • AM General H2 Assembly Plant, Mishawaka, IN: Completed weld water engineering study• General Motors Corp, Power Train Plant 1 & 5 Tonawanda, NY: Engineered and designed utility piping systems for the new UV8 engine project. This included piping calulations, flow diagrams and material take-off • General Motors Corp., Delta Plant, Lansing MI: Developed a detailed study of the existing manual and robotic sealer operations. Determined optimal solutions for installing new sealer robots. Detailed SOW, drawings and pipe routing solutons were developed. Sound attenuation suggestions were made and implimented. • Chrysler Corporation, Windsor Assembly Plant, Windsor, ON: Provided technical support for Paint Operations resolving issues concerning process equipment and utilities. Detailed SOW was written for purchasing and installing a new refrigerated compressed air dryer, rebuilding and relocating an existing chiller and cooling towers and for the demolition of the existing paint shop bid package. Provided vehicle management support during launch.• AMG Corporation, Hummer Plant, Mishawaka, IN: Performed process optimization studies of paint shop application equipment and personnel.• General Motors Corporation, Plant 6, Lansing, MI: Provided Engineering support to shut down the plant and recover assets of robotic, phosphate and ELPO, sealer and other miscellanous systems. • General Motors Corporation, Flint Truck and Bus, Flint, MI: Developed process flow diagrams for the new phosphate and ELPO paint facility programs.• DaimlerChrysler JNAP, Detroit Mi., Energy management study
