In my capacity as an onsite staffing director at HealthSource Solutions, I focus on fostering a positive employee experience while optimizing processes, overseeing data management, and cultivating vendor relationships. I serve as the primary contact for contract oversight, ensuring strong client relationships, supporting staff, and capitalizing on contract opportunities. Additionally, I prioritize enhancing the onboarding experience and providing ongoing support to the team. In support of sales efforts, I contribute by writing RFPs and serve as the lead for OSS products, offering consultation as needed.

I was responsible for developing the company's wellbeing strategic plan and setting goals for it. This involved evaluating the well-being of employees and reporting the outcomes to company leaders. I also established relationships with vendor partners to provide employees with robust offerings and services.I led the company's wellbeing committee and the national wellbeing champion network. I coordinated events and activities that supported wellbeing for all 34 locations.In addition, I provided one-on-one health coaching to employees and their spouses who sought support in making lifestyle behavior changes.

At DriSteem, my role is to design and evaluate a strategic health promotion plan. This involves driving annual health assessment and screening, behavior change programs, seminars, and incentives. I also provide one-on-one health coaching sessions for employees and their spouses.In addition, I facilitated meetings and provide training for the wellness committee and champion network. To ensure the success of these efforts, I collaborated with internal departments that support employee health, such as safety, EAP, and benefits.

Partnered with 12 diverse organizations across Carver County, working closely with them to develop and implement comprehensive policy, systems, and environmental changes aimed at promoting a variety of wellness strategies.

In this role, I provided telephonic coaching to participants on various topics such as weight control, blood pressure and cholesterol management, nutrition, stress management, tobacco cessation, and back care. I helped individuals set personalized health improvement goals and provided face-to-face coaching and feedback in a biometric screening setting. Additionally, I assisted leadership in developing health coaching training and mentored new coaches.
