As a manager, I believe earning the respect of my reports and peers through trust and hard work is key to inspiring and motivating others to do their best work.My technical capabilities throughout my career include:• Architecting and building data platforms, machine learning environments, and end-user applications.• Designing and creating microservices in AWS and with Kubernetes using GoLang and Kotlin. • Monitoring services with metrics from Cloudwatch and Prometheus via Golden Signals dashboard in Grafana, logs in Elastic Search, and alerts via PagerDuty. • Implemented three types of Agile methodologies: Scum, Scrumban, and Kanban depending on the needs of my team.
