Answering phone to provide quotes, schedule cleans, and handle customer complaints. Responding to and problem solve cleaners’ questions, issues, etc. Assigning and rescheduling cleans based on availability. Managing social media including weekly postings, lead generation, ads, etc.

Conducted outbound calls to conduct surveys, and was able to dial about 500+ calls daily on average.

Prepared statistical reports in Excel to inform decisions resulting in a 15 percent increase in productivity of the office
