First Line of Support for the internal IEEE Global Sales Teams, as well as Institutional Subscribers that use the IEEE Xplore Digital Library/Database. • Addressed customer requests in support of a $60 Million USD yearly revenue customer base around the globe. My territory covered Academic, Corporate, and Government markets in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia. • Assisted IEEE’s Stakeholders both internally and externally in administrative duties related to the Xplore Database or Sales Cycle through phone, chat, and the customer center’s ticketed response system. Issues our team handled relate to access, use, and overall comprehension of the Xplore Digital Library, as well as usage portal administration, invoicing, legal documentation, lead generation, GDPR management, and user experience improvement (Xplore Release Team Member), just to name a few of the everyday tasks.• Worked to Develop and implement the Customer Center Ticketing System within Salesforce. (Service Cloud) Service Cloud is now the official ticketing system used by the Customer Center, the first line of support for Institutional IEEE subscribers around the world.

As a member of the International Sales Support team, I was responsible for running support operations for our five Area Managers located in France, China, Singapore, India, and New Jersey. • Worked with a collection of 40 separate dealers responsible for selling IEEE Xplore products globally. These dealers are tased with generating $200 M USD each year through sales of our Xplore Digital Library products. • Organizing and managing sales responsibilities such as CRM utilization, prospecting, dealer communications, and outreach● Worked with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop an initiative for a new sales process for an existing product, which increased Trial Requests by users by 25%● Major Part of a team that help to develop, test, and launch our own CRM platform within our dealer network. (Sales Force IEEE Dealer Portal)● Created, centralized, and tracked over 250 Opportunities/ Prospects in the academic, corporate, and government markets. Responsible for over $100,000 in sales through these created opportunities.
