My territory covered Academic, Corporate, and Government markets in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia. • Assisted IEEE’s Stakeholders both internally and externally in administrative duties related to the Xplore Database or Sales Cycle through phone, chat, and the customer center’s ticketed response system. Issues our team handled relate to access, use, and overall comprehension of the Xplore Digital Library, as well as usage portal administration, invoicing, legal documentation, lead generation, GDPR management, and user experience improvement (Xplore Release Team Member), just to name a few of the everyday tasks.• Worked to Develop and implement the Customer Center Ticketing System within Salesforce. (Service Cloud) Service Cloud is now the official ticketing system used by the Customer Center, the first line of support for Institutional IEEE subscribers around the world.
