Product Owner (Digital People Experience Specialist)
Current- As the Digital People Experience Specialist, I am responsible for the end to end experience of the Humanforce Time and Attendance system across the Mitre 10 Cooperative, 82 stores nationwide, supporting over 6000.
- Product owner; collaborate with relevant teams, ensure stakeholder alignment, prioritise needs and manage backlog.
- Work with the vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure technical design meets operational and organisational standards, remove complexity, and ensure adoption of change management and support processes.
- Delivery management; leading major and minor system upgrades, internal system configuration, maintenance, and ongoing technical and functional improvement to meet business and compliance standards.
- Relationship management; responsible for vendor relationship, drive deliverables, contract, and service assurance.
