Duties include creating applied architecture for storage solutions to meet client demand, evaluate emerging technologies, create and mature operational standards and best practices. Experience with various EMC and HDS storage devices along with McData, Brocade, and Cisco FC directors and switches.

Perform installations and preventive/remedial maintenance of EMC products at customer sites. Attend, and if necessary lead meetings between customers and EMC Customer Service. Plan, install and configure all EMC platforms to customer requirements.
