Responsibilities - Lead Generation through market research- RFQ Generation from leads- To work with Internal marketing teams and convert the RFQ to order - After the order conversion and account activation, work on penetration to grow the account to cover up the possible parts in the BOM- To get involved in the Demand creation process of all the assigned accounts to have the supplier alignment at the initial stage to capitalize the future business

Responsibilities• Cold calls- Design houses, OEM, CMS, R&D centers.• Convert leads and generate RFQ's• Prepare organization charts and map key people for potential leads and visit each and every decision maker to ensure regular flow of RFQ• Work with RS sourcing team and generate business non RS core business RFQ's• Work with technical & other sales support teams for order conversion. • Liaison with OEM's and involve them in closing high value business opportunities if any challenge found

Responsibilities• Market research and suggest sales plans to management. • Prepare marketing material for promotional events. • Cold calls & visits to understand customer needs • Conduct demo's and provide application support for new customer designs. • Benchmark and keep monitor the competition pricing strategy for management to decide on margin levels for every product• Quoting and PO followup. • Quarterly Business Review with OEM's• Payment followup • Be part of company in trade shows to promote various product lines and design solutions.

Responsibilities• Regular interactions with customer to create process flow and process instruction documents for various projects• To ensure the project delivery quality standards (Conduct regular training for the team to ensure Continuous Improvement and address corrective actions)• Responsible to Generate Weekly Invoices for the Project Delivery
