CurrentProject ERP Development⦁⦁ Responsibilities⦁ Analysis and freezing of the requirement by understanding the architectural best practices, proven methodologies, latest technology updates keeping in mind the user friendly environment and scalability by applying the consultancy experience in strategy, estimation, data-mining and user inputs on previous ERP.⦁ Leads technical discussion with team to ensure that the solution meets the requirement and planned approach meets quality expectations.⦁ Proactively identify, manage, and resolve/escalate external dependencies to the management.⦁ Assigning and allocating the resource for the project.⦁ Designing the database structure and educating the team about the various business processes. ⦁ Reviewing the SOP and technical documentation.⦁⦁ ModuleFinancial Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Fixed Asset Management etc.⦁⦁ Technology.NET (C#, VB.NET), SQL Server 2014Project ERP (RBS) Migration⦁⦁ Responsibilities ⦁ Migration of ERP from VB6 to .Net technology. ⦁ Migration requirement analysis and solution design. ⦁ Establishing the initial set up and deciding on the migration tool and its activities. ⦁ Reviewing the Standard and Operational procedures and technical documentation prepared by the team. ⦁ Providing high level solution designs for new workflow, report developments and the area not covered by the migration tool. ⦁ Weekly meeting within the team and updating the progress of the project to the management.⦁⦁ Module ⦁ Accounts, Inventory, Project, HR and Payroll, Fixed Asset, Bank Facility etc.⦁⦁ Technology ⦁ Visual Basic ® 6.0, .NET (C#, VB.NET), SQL Server 2008
