- Experience in Cad development Ev components in both PV & CV Electric vehicles.- Experience in structural Design, Packaging, Vehicle Integration, sheet metal Design, Surface Modelling.- Knowledge of all Manufacturing process, material properties, material selection criteria,fastener selection criteria etc.- Provide engineering & technical support to vendor for concept design & prototype build, preparation of Ifd & 4D document (DFA,DFS,DFM&DFMEA).- Participate in CFT related to organization requirement towards continual improvement ( cost reduction, quality improvement etc), product design, development & validation.- Experience in Cad preparation, Tpl creation, Dml Releases, Dcr creation along with change part list, benchmarking & teardown.- Good knowledge of plm system (Tce, Tcua both) - Design & optimise routing of cooling hoses, HV bus bars & lv wiring harness.• Fully responsible for Packaging of vehicle aggregates with BIW and styling data.• Product designing & development (plastic & sheet metal) as per requirement of Electric & Hybrid Vehicle.• Design & develop Battery Pack for Both Electrical & Hybrid Vehicle.• Work & Design of Hoses,Pipe & Brackets for Traction cooling system in Electric Vehicle.• Generating the Detailed Views from 3D Models with GD&T Symbols & Standards.• Updating the changes, by practically mounting the product in Proto Vehicles, to get the Good Designed Product.• Designing of brackets for mounting of mechanical & electrical components using sheet metal package.• Modifying the exiting components for its better function & utility.• Preparing fitment assembly & Fitment drawings of lighting system , mechanical Components & other vehicle aggregates .• Routing , Drafting, modeling , assembly of wiring harness.
