I have dual role of Platform Architect and Senior Engineering Manager.As Platform Architect for NetScout' s flagship InfiniStreamNG appliance for network and application performance visibility, I design, develop and maintain the Linux operating system for the appliance in physical, virtual and containerized form factors. As Senior Engineering Manager I manage a team which does operating system customization, Linux kernel reconfigurations, Network drivers and performance enhancements.I am also responsible for making and maintaining security of the appliance.Areas of work:Platform: Linux kernel (5.x/6.x), Kubernetes(EKS, AKS, Open Shift), Public/Private Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Security: Vulnerability evaluation/remedy, STIG/Common Criteria compliance, Networking: eBPF, porting NIC drivers.
