Industries – Real Estate, Advertising Media, Software Development- Prepare monthly financials while managing full cycle financial accounting functions (AP, AR, Banking, Posting of MEC & Payroll Journal Entries, etc.) in accordance to GAAP for up to 6 Clients (Small - Mid Size Corps) every month.- Execute well supported account reconciliations to ensure integrity of account balances, conducting research and recommending resolutions for discrepancies and issues.- Communicate with Internal Managers, Clients, and Vendors & Customers to resolve any outstanding queries / issues.- Supervise & train junior staffs to comply with GAAP, Company policies & procedures, reviewing their preparation of month end close (Including review of AP, AR, Banking, MEC Journal Entries, & Accuracy of Account reconciliation).- Design, implement & recommend new processes that streamline financial close leading to greater departmental efficiency.- Streamlined various manual processes to automated, efficient & less time consuming methods in Netsuite.- Actively participate in Audit PBCs with Auditors & Managers.- Prepare 1099s on a yearly basis & ensure all required documentations are collected from vendors throughout the year.- Proficient in Netsuite, Quickbooks (Online & Desktop), Bill.com, Expensify, Microsoft Excel.

• Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before processing of payment. • End to End Communication with intercompany and external suppliers• Liaising with suppliers, loading team and other departments to resolve payment issues. • Solving of incidences on a daily basis and tracking of unresolved incidences and bringing it up to respective departments.• Supporting of projects assigned by project team.• Reconciling Top supplier accounts based on Supplier’s statement of accounts using SAP during month end.• Reviewing of aging report of suppliers on a weekly basis before payment run. • Preparing payment proposal on a weekly basis for payment runs and checking if amount tallies. • Performing Ad hoc duties assigned by AP Supervisor and Manager.
