Served as consultant and coach to a portfolio of five partner organizations serving more than 1,600 students and volunteers to plan and implement college access-mentoring programs adapted to each partner’s context utilizing iMentor’s program model, technology platform and curriculum. Areas of focus included: - Develop and manage partnerships with local and national organizations - Coach partners through utilization of proprietary technology to develop high impact, scalable mentoring programs - Consult on volunteer recuritment and retention strategy to fuel program growth - Collaborate on strategy and service design for higher education market - Represent client specifications during the product development process - Co-design and deliver training and network-building activities including an annual conference for the entire partner community

Worked to coordinate the high school college success program for over 250 students and volunteers at a Bronx high school, focusing on relationship building as well as academic and professional skill development. Also taught weekly classes and organized and managed multiple events every month. Additional tasks included:- Planning 9th and 10th grade lessons each week- Coaching volunteer mentors around relationship building and youth development with a focus on academic improvement and goal-setting- Building and deepening our partnership with the high school, including working alongside teachers and administrators to develop and plan curriculum and program integration- Taking a data-driven approach to identifying gaps of knowledge and areas of need for my students and volunteers- Advising the Managing Director of Programs on impacts and outcomes of changes to program implementation and working to streamline communication of programmatic updates to the NYC Program Team- Leading an organizational initiative to support new staff and provide further opportunities for professional learning and growth

Lead and manage a team of Corps Members in a middle school in the South Bronx with the aim of providing the best possible service and support to students and faculty. Also develop, strengthen and maintain personal and organizational relationships with the faculty and the school, including resolving interpersonal conflicts in the work/school environment.

Worked in an eighth grade classroom to provide support to teachers and students. This included working one-on-one and in small groups with students on math and English language arts interventions. Also coordinated school-wide math intervention plans.
