• Oversee transfer of named account management structure to pooled support
• Basic supervisory functions over team of Associate Account Managers
• Enable Yext partners to better self serve in order to scale the division successfully
• Maintain online help section by creating multimedia product documentation
• Work cross-functionally with Yext technical teams to bring new products to market
• Devise and implement strategies for communicating account best practices

• Member of the team that devised the Yext Partnership division’s account management structure
• Responsible for creation of online multimedia onboarding for all Yext partners
• Support a named account list of partners, at both the day-to-day and higher levels
• Effectively navigate complex competitive situations to develop and nurture partnerships with competitive companies
• Handle client feedback to act as internal advocate for Yext partners
• Communicate regularly with the customer ensure business growth and evaluate satisfaction

• One of two founding team members tasked with creating a client training program
• Reach out to new signups for a personalized training session
• Specify and meet goals for effective client onboarding
• Lay the groundwork for client success and increased retention

• Provide direct telephone support to Yext PowerListings clients
• Communicate clearly and professionally with Yext PowerListings publishers
• Research, follow-up, and resolve client issues in a timely manner
• Keep an open communication between Yext Support departments to resolve listing issues
• Update and maintain a running log of all outstanding client issues
• Assist with account setup, billing, upgrades and changes
