1 To handle the complete recruitment cycle for clients and also internal recruitments.2 Understanding Process requirements. 3 Sourcing CVs through various job portals i.e. Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs, internal databank, references, networking sites i.e. Linkedin4 Identifying right profiles in comparison to the job description specified by clients.5 Shortlisting candidates as per job descriptions. 6 Communicating with the candidates regarding the opening with the clients and providing all the necessary information in all aspects.7 Scheduling Interviews of shortlisted candidates with the clients.8 Coordinating with successfully selected candidates & clients till the joining of the candidates.9 Continuous coordination with the clients for new requirements. Also visiting them for building up cordial relations.10 Handle a team.11 Training the team members and educating them through the entire process of recruitment.
