Responsible for daily recruiting activities in the entire staffing continuum, Driving general staffing process systems, sourcing, qualifying, screening, testing, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations, offer letters, etc. Screening resumes, updating the database and short-listing candidates for the preliminary interview. Handling initial round of HR interview Actively participating in getting the feedback regarding the candidates & hence trying to getbetter profiles and source the best talent. Administrative duties and record keeping. Follow up with the candidates regarding the acceptance of the offer and the joining dates and ensure the candidates join the organization.
