Box Office Manager
Current• Process and deliver all Box Office financial reports, invoicing, and reconciliations (estimated annual gross: $2 million+) to the City of Frederick Finance Department for all Weinberg Center events • Implement all contractual production requirements from over 40 national touring agencies annually to ensure successful ticketing sales• Coordinate with national and community facility renters on all ticketing and promotional requirements, including pricing structures, Fan Club sales, and VIP packages to fulfill specific artist, production, and marketing requests• Assist Development Manager with Memberships, grant programs, grant applications, and reporting for Weinberg Center Board of Directors• Collaborate with Marketing Manager for design and branding input, playbill and season brochure content, ticket policy messaging, and assisting with the Weinberg Center’s website, implementing full Season launch and providing content for all Community Events.• Supervise, train, and schedule a staff of 3-12 to provide exemplary customer service for over 19 years, maintain and order all ticketing and office supplies annually, address all customer concerns, and convey all performance details and pertinent information from Management to staff• Facilitate the smARTS Series programming for over 9,500 students in coordination with Frederick County Public Schools Curriculum Department, successfully growing the Series from 2003 – 2019 by 150% • Successfully integrate all box office changes, including 2 software changes with CRM database overhaul, credit card processor changeover and gift certificate reconciliation • Supervise, train, and schedule a staff of 3-12 to provide exemplary customer service for nearly 14 years, maintain and order all ticketing and office supplies annually, address all customer concerns, and convey all performance details and pertinent box office information to staff
