** Roles and Responsibilities- Management of Software and Hardware projects for companies: NOKIA, Samsung, NCR and Positivo.- Coordination of a multidisciplinary team with 30 resources (Systems Engineers, Analysts, Developers and Designers), in the following activities: a) Planning, Execution and Quality Assurance, b) Functional Management, c) Monitoring Meetings, d) Preparation of Reports of Accountability for the Ministry of Science and Technology, e) Presentation of Results to the Executive Coordination.- Applied Research and Development in a) Systems for Improving Production Processes, Mobile Applications and Systems for ATMs.- Management of financial resources of around R$12 million in RD&I.- Business Prospecting and Development.** Challenges and Results- Manage the company's new operation in Manaus.- Identify new business opportunities to ensure the company's sustainability.- Ensure local team engagement.- Add to the local RD&I ecosystem to attract the trust of companies and establish yourself as a new player.

** Roles and Responsibilities- Management of Software, Firmware and Hardware projects for companies: HP, Siemens, Furukawa, Landis +Gyr, Intelbras, Positivo, LG, NOKIA and Elster.- Coordination of a multidisciplinary team with 45 resources (Systems Engineers, Analysts, Developers and Designers), in the following activities: a) Planning, Execution and Quality Assurance, b) Functional Management, c) Monitoring Meetings, d) Preparation of Reports of Accountability for the Ministry of Science and Technology, e) Presentation of Results to the Executive Coordination.- Applied Research and Development in a) Printer Drivers, b) Systems for Improving Production Processes, c) Systems for Telecommunications Equipment, d) Hardware Devices, e) Embedded Systems for Energy Meters, f) Management Systems, g) Digital TV.- Management of financial resources of around R$7 million in RD&I.- International activity in software projects for the NOKIA factory in Romania, and two companies Ghassist and Customs, in Luanda, Africa.** Challenges and Results- Development of national technology.- Technological exchange with other R&D teams.- Formation of new multidisciplinary teams.- Implementation of the CMMI Model.-- Between 2005 and 2009 we decided to adopt the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) model.-- In 2007 we reached maturity level 2 and at the end of 2009 level 3. We were the third private company to achieve this certification in Brazil.

In 2002, I began my journey at the International Software Technology Center as a technical leader of R&D projects in the IT area.

Between 1996 and 2001, I began my professional career at HSBC Bank, as a Network Administrator. My main task was to offer technical support to users. Later, I took on the role of Software Developer, for the transport area, in Clipper Summer 87 and Visual Basic, and for financial systems in SQL, Unix, C and C++.
