With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I am a seasoned executive who has led and grown multiple brands and sectors across different markets. I have a proven track record of delivering results, enhancing customer satisfaction, and developing talent in the hospitality sector.Most recently, I was the Senior Vice President of F&B at Cordish Gaming, where I oversaw the operations and strategy of all food and beverage outlets within the Cordish Gaming portfolio. I was responsible for creating and executing innovative concepts, optimizing revenue and profitability, and ensuring compliance and quality standards. I also collaborated with the senior leadership team to align the F&B vision with the overall goals and mission of the company.Prior to that, I was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of F&B at New Realm Brewing, a craft brewery and restaurant chain. I led the expansion of the brand, increasing sales, market share, and customer loyalty. I also managed the day-to-day operations, budgeting, and forecasting of the F&B division, and supported the development and implementation of new products and services.I am passionate about creating and delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences that exceed customer expectations and drive business growth.
