With over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications construction industry, and the last 11 years in leadership, I am eager to bring my expertise to help support an organization's goals. Some of my accomplishments have been seeing some of my past team members go from frontline employees, to becoming respected leaders. Building tens of thousands of residential units, repairs, relocations, and special projects have honed my skills of collaborating across teams to overcome challenges with professionalism. Having worked 25 of those years in Las Vegas, as well as some time in Oregon, I better understand the issues teams face and am ready to share my passion for leading motivated groups to optimize processes, training, and adherence to corporate and safety guidelines. My strengths in communication will enable me to partner with stakeholders at all levels. I am an optimistic, solutions-oriented leader devoted to empowering teams and look forward to contributing my experience to drive results.
