In this role I identified in scope businesses to adopt a new operations model. I then work with the businesses to drive positive changes in their operating models and KPI elements. These changes and improvements return KPI improvements, increased market share and revenue uplift or expense reductions. Within the team I set priorities for the team as well as manage and track results versus targets to drive results and accountability.

In this role I managed all aspects of processing customer packages, the people to move them and the processes and regulatory compliance for the company across two different hubs. In this role I managed 39 million+ parcels annually and 400+ full-time and part-time union employees, part-time and full-time supervisors. While in this role my responsibilities ranged from managing hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions of multiple levels of teams to the process improvement and implementation of changes across multiple departments within the hub. These processes included safety, training, accountability, methods adherence, and company-union relations. While in this role I dramatically improved labor relations, increased facility through puts for automation optimization and increased service delivery rates.

This included both the manual processing of packages as well as management and optimization of automated systems. To be successful in this role I mentored peers, developed the leaders reporting to me and ensured quality training of their team members. In this role I was able to increase service frequencies by two -five times above MAR.
