Worked with engineering and customer service to ensure work is performed to customer requirements.· Lead gate 1 apu teardown, analytical with 26 direct reports.· Responsible for implementation of standard work in teardown and analytical, which resulted in reduction of gate 1 TAT to 5days or less.· Lead team in cost reduction of 331 product line with a $500,000 plus cost savings.· Last 5 months responsible for all of APU operation from gate 1 to gate 3, maintain a 95% or better overall OTTR.
