Ended my term of 3 years on Westwinds Village Board of Directors. The experience I have learned will last a lifetime and grateful to have served for my community.

As President, I help facilitate a working relationship between the Park Manager and our members, assist in leading role for the hiring process for employees at Westwinds Village and lead the Board of Directors meetings and inform the members of items of interest in the community. Another area is working with Park Attorney from time to time to make sure Westwinds Village stays in compliance with the legal guidelines and practices, and help to assure we adhere to Our Prospectus, Rules and regulations and the guidelines set out by State of Florida laws of Chapter 719 & 723. The Treasurer and I approve all vendor bills, and & I endorse park certificates and assist in other financial matter from time to time working closely with the Vice President who is in charge of the committees of our association.

As Vice President, I assist the President in running the affairs of Westwinds Village with placing primary focus on the best interest of the majority members of the co-op. Another main goal is keeping unity among all members in our co-op. Other Duties include running the Resident owned community Meetings in the absence of President.
