Took a very lower level academic status middle school and raised from D state score to High B state score in two years. Implemented many new practices at building and district-wide levels. Create a totally new student discipline process and dramatically lower student incident statistics each year. Made main focus student achievement through sound school improvement practices. Also oversaw re-write for athletic budget and team selection processes. Overall, created a true quality s hool environment.

Established a true middle school team concept built around a consensus community model of the quality school practices. Recognized by the Baldridge Awards group and presented our school model at their regional metting in Kalamazoo , Michigan.
