Installation/ Troubleshoot of all wellhead equipment on inland and offshore application. Meeting and maintaining all customer requirements throughout the job process.

I managed a group of employees. Always making sure they were on location at correct time and they had proper equipment needed. I took all service calls, spoke directly with company men and always provided good customer service. I also build most of the equipment in the shop, dealt with inventory along with hiring/interviewing new employees.

I was part of a team that would make sure products were picked and delivered on time everyday. I would do mostly all Shipping/Receiving along with inventory on a daily basis. Always making sure that the drivers routes were correct and always providing good customer service when need be. I would also deliver products directly to the customers if they were in desperate need.
