Over those 15+ years I’ve been focused on building a team of technical security professionals that provide world class support for our ever-expanding solutions and customer base. By focusing on both technical and soft skills, my team provides a best in class support experience with a personalized feel. Leading a team that has grown from 4 to 70 team members in just 15 years, has provided me with the opportunity to manage through change and develop an agile team that adapts to our customer and business needs. Outside of the office, I spend my free time coaching my children’s sports teams. This allows me to strengthen my compassionate but constructive management skills and bring that back into the workplace with me. Our Technical Services team fits into the overall Axis core values. We act as one by building trust with both customers and staff, allowing for both sides to work effectively to resolve difficult challenges. I consider myself fortunate to work for a company that innovates and makes this world smarter and safer, while at the same time valuing its employees and providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
