At Burns & McDonnell, we are known for exemplary performance on wide-ranging construction projects, large and small, across the country and around the world.Prior to my current role as construction project manager at Burns & McDonnell, I spent more than 15 years at AZCO INC. — a heavy industrial construction and fabrication solutions provider part of the Burns & McDonnell family of companies.I oversee all field operations as project manager, and I facilitate collaboration among all departments and customers, subcontractors, and suppliers through contract negotiations and management.I’m passionate about partnering with our customers to help them achieve their goals and be successful. That means an unswerving focus on safety, quality, schedule and performance.I pride myself on customer satisfaction and bringing value to the team through creative solutions and execution of projects. My experience of leadership started in the Marine Corps and has expanded through the years with experience leading successful teams on large capital industrial projects. In this dynamic environment, it is essential to lead with confidence yet be flexible enough for continuous improvement which is where I have seen the most success in my career.
