I manager Army Aviation Navigation systems for PM Aviation Mission Equipment.

I serve as a Program Integrator within the Office of the Product Manager (PM) for Aviation Mission Equipment (AME). My primary responsibility is to assist the PM Business Managers in the integration of the various functional areas within the Product Management Office (PMO)to include Logistics, Cost, Technical and Procurement. This integration effort is extremely complex as it consists of development, testing, deployment and all financial management aspects of assigned systems. The Product Manager and Assistant Product Manager (APM) relies on the program integrator to cross all organizational lines and provide trouble-shooting services to identify problems, coordinate efforts, and correct deficiencies. Primary emphasis is on the interface among sustainment, technical and programmatic functions in order to achieve a more effective integration, standardization, and sustainment of assigned systems.I plan, conduct, and/or direct highly complex studies/analyses to improve the total financial management process. Studies may cross all organizational lines within the PMO, the PEO and various levels throughout HQ DA. I have the authority to task support elements for actions and/or information in support of assigned duties.I monitor financial management activities within the PMO and utilize overall program knowledge to ensure proper integration among the project elements.I collect and analyze data and information to assess impacts to the materiel release process, cost, and schedule and performance sensitivities to specific goals and to identify programmatic risk areas or deficiencies which may impact the attainment of program goals.I develop and present (in the form of briefings and papers) detailed financial information which is readily understandable by and credible with Government and industry representatives. I coordinate efforts of PM and business management personnel to ensure accuracy of inputs to cost estimates, budget requests, data/information requests.
