Manage daily operations of Aerial and Underground construction crews for MSO's.

Manage and supervise HFC, FTH and FTTH new builds and upgrades to cable television plant. Oversee budgeting, inventory, safety, permits, employees.

Responsible for setting up High-Speed Internet for cable system, maintaining and troubleshooting network. Responsible for reverse distribution, fiber optic nodes, and headend operations. Responsible for internet customer accounts, maintenance, and service of all internet customers. Networking homes, businesses, and local, state and federal facilities. Training cable staff on the fundamentals of reverse signal plant. Successfully negotiated new franchise agreements with multiple municipalities.
